feeling angry due to mania.

Postby TheManyFacesOfMe » Mon Oct 07, 2013 2:04 am

I just listened to a song without thinking about it, and it triggered my mania. Now i'm really angry. This is not even hypomania. Its more like fullblown mania. I am literally so angry right now that if someone was to say something to me i would blow up. And as i write this, my mood just shifted again. Wow. I knew my Bipolar 1 was rapid cycling, but not to this extent. Now I am depressed. And i guarantee here in a few, i'll be euphorically happy. My Bipolar is highly severe. And its like the medicine isnt remotely working right now. Geodon has stopped helping. My mind is racing all over the place.

I'm thinking its possible its the BPD traits causing it.

It just always had made me had feelings of abandonment and everything. i feel it could be due to the Borderline traits.

Because a friendship with one of my close friends ended while i was listening to it. And i felt as if that person abandoned me. Not to mention what happens in the movie the song played in too. The song is very intense. There are two that provoke these feelings, and both of them are from epic movies that i loved. But they are both orchestrated songs with no words. If you want to know what they are PM me. but I am triggered by them and they trigger intense anger and also sometimes abandonment fear and paranoia.
