Realistic Self Image

Postby Cate68 » Thu Sep 05, 2013 4:09 pm

There is so much swirling in my head right now. There is a manic phase from the bipolar II occuring after the premenstrual dysmporphic disorder and it affects the borderline.

In *seeing* a proper image of ourselves, it is important to see our limitations, NOT in terms of put down but in terms of knowing what we can and cannot understand and to know how to solve problems in ways in which we can use in accordance with our level understand them.
One of the greatest blasphemies is the taking of one's freedom of thought, dictating matters of the heart and the theft of another's personal peace.

Everyday I live is an act of rebellion.

True. Once you can see your limitations you can solve problems using what you have because you are aware what you can and can't do.

I was trying to explain that one on another thread, I know a person who thinks he can mind read. For someone who is in other ways very clever, its not so bright an assumption and because of that reason stinks of a need - need to believe what he wants to, need for control, need to bait or bully, etc.
