I feel pissed off and/or sad.

I've ###$ up my partner's life monumentally. I feel overwhelmed with shame but also a bizarre feeling of calm acceptance that it is finally over.

I am thinking about taking apart a razor so I can cut myself with it. I just spent 25 minutes typing out a 4 paragraph post describing my feelings, but the whole thing got deleted because the power went out for a second. I'm so angry I want to break or kill something. I want to see if anyone cares enough to respond to me. I don't care what you say. I just want to know someone is there.

Hell yeah, I can more than relate. We must be kindred spirits! Computer hassles like that fill me with so much rage and hatred for mankind - and that's what it is, hate - that it takes all my strength to stop myself from sending my laptop straight through the window and outside onto the grass. In previous years it was straight to the bottle shop and away I'd go on a massive bender, obliviating myself from the face of the Earth. For days!

Just hang in there kavajava, I'm sorry that happened to you. Be very kind to yourself though, and weather out the storm - it does pass. Do you jog? I'm going to try to take up jogging - but I need to quit smoking first.
