MONEY MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!

SUCH AN ISSUE FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pretty much one of the biggest stressors in my life.

but what REALLY gets to me is when i go on that damn site, FACEBOOK and notice people MY AGE, 25 years old, going on vacation all the time, posting pictures of luxurious hotels, beaches, yummy dishes at fancy desserts and all i want to say is "what the f*ck do you do with your life? HOW are you getting this kind of money?!"

sorry, i just looked through this girls fb page. i grew up with her and her family didn't have money she is now "self employed" whatever that means. she is pretty and i think she models but she sure as hell isn't famous! she does the smut kind of modeling.

WTF! HOW DO PEOPLE LIVE THE GOOD LIFE AND MAKE MONEY? she sure as hell didn't go to college! maybe its her boyfriend? he looks like a damn rapper for crying out loud.

Ha. Sure, if you want to put it that way. But i look at it more like I'm irritated because I'm not sure how they did it. I thought the way to make money was to go to college and get a degree and then you get a good paying job. instead you're just in debt for life. guess I'm just angry because the media, society, i don't know - everyone has made me believe that THATS how you do it. You educated yourself and get a decent career.

Then again... look at Steve Jobs and he dropped out of college.

calling me a hater sounds a bit harsh. its more like angry because people are living the good relaxing life at my age and I'm not sure how. 90% of the people i know are struggling, not working the best of jobs, etc.

Our generation was lied to. We're living in a state of disillusionment. Truth is...not everyone can or will have that life. It's so unfortunate and I wish I had just been told before I spent a ton of money of college.

That said...I'm applying to grad school programs that are sure fire careers.

Yeah. we were totally lied to. Especially here in America. I wish i was told this before i went to college too. Hopefully, the kids now graduating from high school are able to realize this and stop before entering in to college when its too late.

Unless like you, they are going into careers that guarantee a job.

Let me guess, you are either going for engineering, some type of technology/computer programming software type stuff OR a job in the healthcare field.

I'm doing either law school or going for my PhD in psych.

Haven't decided for certain. Applying for both.
