Yeah so i walked onto the fields trying to kill myself with a knife. Came to my senses then walked into the emergency psychiatric station. I gave them the knife and now i am inpatient. Explained what happened to me...

now today i had ECG... and i see as diagnosis on the paper they gave me: "Suspected Borderline".

I got into the skills group which is basically about DBT.

Well not really happy right now, but what can i say.

Ah It's good that your hospital is offering you skills groups; inpatient, at least in my city, seems to be just medication test zones.

Can you make any friends there? They certainly make being in there more tolerable.

Hey Jan,
I'm glad that you were able to get yourself to the crisis unit! While being inpatient may not be fun, it's good to know that you're safe. I hope that you're able to learn some skills while you're there that you can apply when you're at home. I hope it's a positive visit. Keep us updated.

I only get medications when feeling unwell. Got haloperidol once, and pipamperon a few times.

Had blood tests, urine tests, ECG, EEG... getting ADHD test and MRT next week.

Some think i might be bipolar, others think i might have BPD, others think i have ADHD... and some maybe only think i have depression.

I am a bit happy right now. I averted sh by eating chocolate VERY VERY VERY slowly. I took 5-10 minutes for like 1 bar. And i also only ate 1 bar (don't want to get fat) I concentrated on the sense of tasting and sensing how it felt in my mouth and tasting and how it slowly melted in my mouth.

Something i took from my skills group. Awareness i think it is called. It really helps. It was good to come here.

I read through the skill-list like every second day.
