Blog entries being approved?

I may be paranoid but I started a blog on here last week and now they need approval. I've only done 2 entries. Is it normal for that to happen or have I written something wrong (I hope not). Just getting used to this forum and don't want to upset anyone with what I write...

Sorry I didn't see this before, I like blogging myself and am one of those who puts blog posts through. And this is normal, all blog posts need to be approved. It doesn't matter how many forum posts a person has, the blog software is separate and [in my view unnecessarily!] strict. The forum posting rules still apply to blogs and if I'm unsure I check directly with the blog writer. But as long as it's within those guidelines, mods will approve anything.
