Please I really need some advise as I really don't understand what is happening to me and need some advise.

Hi , I have ptsd, social anxiety and dissasociation. I am so confused about all this, I don't seem to have any emotions about many things, my mood goes up and down within minutes, everyday seems to be a mountain to climb. I am under my local mental health team, they have been very good, they always ask me to phone for help but I can't, I don't know why. Please can someone tell me what is happening to me. The flashbacks are horrific and I try to ground myself but its always too late.
