Feeling good today! I am just ever so slightly up, and have been this way for last couple of weeks. I'm still being responsable though, just feeling more sociable, friendly, happy, and getting things done. I feel like this is the real me Maybe my personality is this? Anyway... I am going to be starting placement on the 1st of March, teaching year 1 should be good fun. I am feeling a little nervous about it though because it was on placement last year that I had my first breakdown and was subsequently diagnosed. However, this placement is closer, and with a nice year group. Nervouse that I have to be teaching 80% of the lessons. Oh well, dwelling does not help, I will just have to hope that I am not going to be in a depression when I get there. I think that looking at my cycling pattern that I might well be. I have actually cried the last four days despite my mania. Yesterday I had a period of feeling numb and I still feel like that a little bit today.
