FINALLY THE ANSWER THAT -YOU- HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR...

I have been unable to explain what I have been trying to do and how to do it, now I will give -You- an easy and simple way to obtain your own or a family member or a friend etc. a -Miracle-. If you want to -Help- and or -Cure- a host of problems that we all have in one way or another than follow these simple instructions?
Take any mental illness or mental disorder or disease or sickness etc. etc. etc. and do the following, repeat over and over and over again as much as possible all day long, every day, day after day, week after week, month after month etc.. -I am normal- and or -I will recover- and or -I will overcome- and or -I will succeed- and or -I can beat this- and or anything that is -Positive- thinking...
The key to all of the above and more is to -Repeat- all day long -Positive- thoughts and actions that will create an -Atmosphere of Kindness and Happiness and Laughter and Trust and Love and anything that is Positive- repeat literally a hundred times a day or a thousands times a day something that is positive...
This will -Rewire- your brain and or body over time and this will help or defeat mental illness because -You- are not allowing negative thoughts or violent thoughts or suicide thoughts etc. to dominate your everyday living. -You-are only allowing -Positive- thoughts all day long to exist in your brain or body, you must repeat all of the above and more positive thoughts -All day and night long-...
-You- will start to see almost immediate possitive results and then -You- can double your efforts to even see more and better results, what do -You- have too loose?
