What public TV is and what it could be with UK 1gbit

It could gain back a lot of the talented YouTube ect talent and give them a more optimal UK public light rather than leaving the job of winning hearts and minds to Americans. Streaming is getting more cost effective so to can the public service work more with the internet content creators.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
