In modern programming languages you have function set it codes with.
What about a language that can take commands at many levels of abstraction and had multiple ways you could code it.
Sort of half way between programming the enterprise holodeck with natural language and whats possible without paying billions to make one program.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
