DVB's (democratic video blocks)

So you have credit which enables legal advertising, voting and flagging in that is powered by a democracy making videos and commanding and network buffering video. You can earn credit for buffering video blocks commanding video blocks or if the block commander charges for your extra video to a block. You can even earn credit for accurate AI flagging or to access a block.
Although most is managed by the community the law can step in holding the block commander responsible. It's an open source project for a better Tele breath of man.
This community could enable more independent content.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
