Had a letter signed by my pysch's for a bus pass. Bit upsetting that the letter states I have a "severe and enduring mental health problem". But that's the reality of life.

Hi all. First blog post. I'm sitting here trying to watch Von Ryan's Express, one of my favourite films, its showing on Film4 in the UK, its not even 3pm, and I'm now too tired to stay awake. Can't remember when I last ate any food. Not hungry, hate food. Think I ate a week or so ago. Managed to stop cutting, albeit for a few days. I need sleep. Feel very depressed.
