Ok all, its Friday as always I went out at 04:30 AM CST with my four female leopards, got a nice long jogg, as it was 30F out with moderate snow falling, I did 29.73 miles, Tomorrow I'm pushing 30 Miles+, as I'm quite happy as my leopards well they are asleep! last day of my hard five day weekly diet, lost weight, as I'm a bit thinner, hard muscular girl bodd, looking hot, looking sharp! buff/ and beautiful, buff isnt just for guys anymore!!!**Loud Violent Defiant Growl**

Well as we all know, Last day of this week on my diet, I made it once again!**cheers *** as I'll at 0500 hours this morning go for a long 25 mile+ jogg in the falling snow as its like -6F with -73F Windchill, I adore this weather! but I like it like this, its why I got my nickname here in Sioux Falls "Ice Tigress", due to the fact I love big cats and love the cold and winter! I'll be dragging along with my my four, female leopards as well, they love it too, as they have acclimated them selves to it.

Were expecting 5 to 7 inches total, and then more winter snow/cold next week with 5+ inches more, so I cannot complain!
did my usual end of week bodd check o see how things are with me, as this diet isnt for everyone, its a tuffy, but worth the results! I'm a size 00 waist and size 0 hips, I'm very happy!

Well it was awesome, I think my four female leopards are whipped?! *lol* I love the South Dakota country, its why I'm there!
Well I went 28 miles, 3 miles further than planned, as the temp dropped to -5F as the wind chill dropped to at one point to -71F, with a stiff NW wind, but the five of us, me and four female leopards went after it, mom left for work at the airlines Dad was busy with his thing, I dress them up for it, had them now for some time, but they are about 2 years age, for leopards that's roughly 14/15 years old. still very young!

As was it was beautiful out, clear, the moon shown brightly, its light glistening off the snow that fell yesterday, I love being me, my life rocks @SS! Back now, our breath huffing out in a steamy white cloud as we jogged at a good clip, as my four girls were charging along on their four paws, but they loved it, as they'd follow me to the ends of earth, as I reared them my self, from cubs!
Well we then stopped rested drank water for each of us, then on home we charged! Took them in layed them down to snooze, the did my own bodd check; I see now why amerikanskiĭ athleticism is SOOO popular makes you look awesome, though this has been my ways of life since I was born, I'm tall way way smaller than a size 0 at the waist, a size 0 hips and wiry hard muscled hard flat tummy and girl bodd! I've always been a hard charging girl my self, fierce in my determination to do my will! Mom had me trained with dad and my family to always be competitive, tough as steel, relentless merciless in my determination, that NOTHING will get in my way, or it will be destroyed if it tries, is the Russian Lyeoparda way!!! My Russian girl/Lyeoparda(Leopardess) blood is extreme/dominantly ruling my way of life!! I am/can be a dominatrix about things in my life!

Now as to say I'm pleased with things, is true, only been here in Amerika, now little over 7 1/3 years as I came 04/May/2004.
Otherwise all is good, had my breakfast after exercise including 3 sets of 50 push-ups, and the same for full abdominal crunches!
had a single 120 calorie english muffin, water as before I leave had my 5 hour energy/extra strength drink, was good, but I'm not crazy over food, I control what goes in, yes comrades very much! Even my four leopards are fit, trim and well built!

Well my 36" white lionesses came on the 11th, as now all things said, I'm satisfied: Once again its Friday, last day of my hard diet for this week, then back on next week monday: as I'm at 0600 gonna go for a 25 mile run/jogg, as its good weather for it, as its 2F with moderate winds making -42F Windchill, but that never stopped this leopardess! Like the song goes by Matthew Wilder, Never Gonna Break My Stride!

***RRRRRAAWWWWWWER!!!!!!! shakes the place with her thunderous roar, breaks windows for 10 miles, rolls on my leopardess back , laughing sooo hard, all the cracked windows, hopping the staff wont get too upset with her** **plays the song** "Break My Stride" :

Otherwise I've named my lionesses, Cherry (Fire) & Gollmerah (Power) They are now in my room, they weigh 7 pounds each, not that I'll complain!

Well its now a few days into the new years, I just ordered two 36 inch white lioness plushies, 3 pounds each. Looking forward to "eating off" my 5 day weekly zero carb/high protein very very very low calorie diet, as I'm nicely a size 0 and smaller waist, and hips size 2. I'm a serious hard core dieter, love my daily 10+ mile runs. So I find I more than earn my weekend dieting break! I've been dieting for years, never have quit/ never will either! Keeping my girl bodd tight/taught/ firm and hard is work, but well worth the suffering!
