Recently I've been feeling so strange! I recently posted a question asking about not seeing myself when I look in the mirror. When I look in a mirror It doesn't feel like a reflection it feels like someone else is standing in front of me. It's really scary and a horrible feeling. I'm afraid to look in a mirror now, I don't mind small hand held ones that only looks at one part of my face at a time just full mirrors.
Since noticing this I realise that when I look at photos of myself I also don't feel like it's me. I know it is but I feels like it's not. I don't really have recent pictures as I don't like having my photo taken.
What is wrong with me? I'm going crazy. I never used to be like this, I used to be happy!
