It doesn't much sound as if you are one. The blogs won't get much reply, consider posting in forum, perhaps in Living With Mental Illness, or one of the anxiety forums, if this seems to be an obsessional fear.

The blogs are pretty quiet and are mostly just for personal thoughts that you don't necessarily want feedback on, so it might be helpful for you to post in the Relationship forum, or the ASPD one instead xx

Well , she certainly needed your help.
But you have the right to do whatever you want , and whatever makes you feel good.
If you where able to help her you would stand but her side.
But maybe this way its better, you couldnt offer her a lot anyway.

I hope you do get to talk more about what you are going through. It is hard at times to be completely open with a therapist. I currently see one, but it has taken me some time to trust her completely. I wish you the best!
