Was proud of myself for facilitating the two coping groups yesty. It's great to help others if I can - and I get a lot out of discussing coping skills with others too.
Received some lovely warm pm's from this site yesterday - some were funny, some were heartfelt and all of them special.
Today I'm doing a mindfulness diary. Writing down my thoughts, feelings and actions within each hour as thoroughly as I can. It's not so much about what I am thinking, feeling and doing so much as actually being present in the moment. Recording it is a great reminder to keep in the moment. Mindfulness isn't something for all the time, but I just figure I could do with strengthening that skill - and weekends are easier to practice.
