-SELF HELP- CAREGIVERS.....

Looks like the moderator wants me to use only lower case letters and or words.... The reason why I used highlighted letters and words etc. was to stress certain words and or ideas which might help people better understand my ideas etc....

-Caregivers- can be the answer to many of -your- problems and they can help -you- and -you- might not even know they are helping -you-.... Let me explain, many -caregivers- are -your- mothers and or fathers and or wives and or husbands and or brothers and or sisters and or relatives and or friends etc. etc. etc.... These people can be -positive- and or -nice- and or have your -trust- and or -smiling- and or -happy- and or -singing- with -you-and or -shopping- with -you- and or -exercising- with you and or -meditating- with -you-....etc. etc. etc....

-You- would not even know that they were -helping- you by doing one or more of the above things by one or more of your -caregivers-.... Keeping -you- in a -positive-state of mind and body can help -you- with any of your problems....

-Self Help- The Answer....

Lets explain -self help- the answer, as i said in past posts -you- can help yourself and or another person who needs help as a -caregiver- etc... -you- can help a little and or a lot by using the following ideas and -you- should see these ideas working as part of your -daily routine-... Now i am going to suggest a -word- and or -words- that should trigger ideas for your daily routine and or others daily routine... These -words- and or -ideas- etc. Done on a -daily routine- should increase the -feel good chemicals- that are produced by your bodies....

These -feel good chemicals- are produced by your body and they give -you- a natural high and or pleasure and or happiness etc... Your positive actions etc. Will produce more of these -feel good chemicals- done all day long and week after week over a long period of time should help -you- and or others in fighting whatever is your problem and or problems.... How much of these -feel good chemicals- you and or others will need to fight your problems is up to -you-...

The following -words- should give -you- and or a -caregiver- ideas for your -daily routine- over a long period time.... Put these words and or ideas into a daily routine and -you- should start to see positive results almost immediately...

Exercising and or shopping and or singing and or music and or sex life and or love and or lust and or smiling and or coffee and or meditation and or greeting and or joy and or happiness and or kindness and or laughter and or trust and or gratitude and or pleasure etc. Etc. Etc...

-SELF HELP- DAILY ROUTINE....

I have been trying to figure out a way to explain to -YOU- how to get results from my ideas, how to incorporate my ideas into your -DAILY ROUTINE-... -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- are the key to your helping yourself and or helping others as a -CAREGIVER- etc. etc. etc.... These -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- that our bodies produce about 2% of the time are triggered by -POSITIVE- etc... actions that we use during any given day... Examples, when we -EXERCISE- and or listen to -MUSIC- and or have a cup of -COFFEE- and or start -SINGING- to ourselves etc... and or are in -LOVE- with somebody we are with.... When we are having -SEX- with somebody and or having -SELF SEX- with ourselves etc... I could give -YOU- hundreds of words and or ideas etc. that would trigger these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- in our bodies.... (Now all of these words and or ideas are my opinion and I am not a professional of any kind)....

Now here is where it get's interesting, if our bodies produce these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- about 2% to 5% of our time, what would happen if we could make our bodies produce these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- 10% and or 15% and or 20% or more of the time.... This idea would be a WIN, WIN for our well being, mentally and or physically etc... WE would have nothing to loose because we would help ourselves and or help others as a -CAREGIVER- etc.... POSITIVE ACTIONS and or WORDS and or IDEAS etc... will -HELP- ourselves and or others etc... by our bodies producing these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS-... In my opinion because I have seen these -IDEAS- work over many years with many human beings who had problems, these ideas helped them a little and or a lot. (This is my opinion).

The following will show -YOU- how to use words that will create ideas for -YOU- to use in your daily routine that will increase the production of -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- by your body... This increase of -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- by your body will help -YOU- in your fight against mental illness and or mental disorders and or disabilities and or diseases etc. etc. etc.... Now I am not promising a cure and or a miracle etc... but what I am promising -YOU- is a way to help yourself and or a -CAREGIVER- etc... can help another person that has problems.... (This is my opinion only and I am not a professional of any kind)...

As I have said in past posts, -YOU- have on average about 2% of your total time -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- being produced by your body and up to 5% of your total time if -YOU- are really trying..
(The above and the following is my opinion and I am not a professional of any kind)... These -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- such as (SEROTONIN and DOPAMINE and OXYTOCINE and ENDORPHIN ETC. ETC. ETC...) are the key to your success of any kind and how much of a success -YOU- might have in helping -YOU- fight your problem and or problems....
