On my last post the end of that of the post was wrong in that I put "No more suicides" which should have read " Most suicides had stopped"... ( Since I hit the wrong button and did not know how to delete the wrong words and I failed to put that this statement might be a Trigger... )
-Self Help- is simple to use and or a caregiver etc... can help anybody at anytime etc... Please let me explain, in my observations of numerous human beings with many different problems and or disorders etc... They were very receptive to -Acts of Kindness- done to them and even when these acts of kindness were done continuously all day long to them, I observed that they only had these -Acts of Kindness- done at most 10% of the time in any given day... I observed the results over a long period of time to be astounding in that it helped these human beings cope with and or reduce etc... their everyday problems... Now one of the problems with this program of -Acts of Kindness- is that it is very, very, very hard to think of different -Acts of Kindness- to do all day long, day after day etc. etc. etc... Now the key to this program is to get the acts of kindness from 10% of the time to 15% and or 20% or more of the time... If we and or you can get -Acts of Kindness- to more than 20% of the time day after day over a long period of time -YOU- will see astounding results...
