Blog Subject: | FINALLY AN EASY SOLUTION TO MENTAL ILLNESS ETC... |
SORRY I HAVE NOT POSTED LATELY, I HAVE USED OTHER FORUMS TO GET MY ANSWER TO WHAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO -YOU-. NOW THEIR IS AN EASIER WAY WHICH I AND OTHERS HAVE FIGURED OUT THAT -YOU- AND YOUR LOVED ONES AND CAREGIVERS ETC. CAN USE IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIVES WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND MENTAL DISORDERS AND DISEASES ETC... EVERYBODY UNDERSTANDS -RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS- SO ANYBODY CAN USE THIS CONCEPT OR IDEA IN THEIR DAILY LIVES, -YOU- HAVE TO USE THIS IDEA OR CONCEPT AS MANY TIMES A DAY AS YOU CAN DO WITH A SMALL TWIST. WHEN -YOU- DO THIS RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS YOU HAVE TO REPEAT TO YOUR INNER SELF AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE (REPEAT TO YOURSELF) HOW YOU ARE ENJOYING DOING THIS RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS. BY DOING AND THINKING OF THESE SIMPLE ACTS OF KINDNESS ALL DAY LONG AND DAY AFTER DAY OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME YOUR BRAIN (BODY) RELEASES FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS LIKE NATURAL SEROTONIN ETC.. (YOUR BODY RELEASES FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS NATURALLY, NOT THE KIND YOU BUY ON THE INTERNET OR IN A STORE THEY ARE A SCAM) THESE FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS WILL HEAL YOUR BODY AND SOUL OF MENTAL ILLNESS AND MENTAL DISORDERS AND DISEASES ETC. IN MOST CASES WHAT DO -YOU- HAVE TOO LOOSE? -YOU WILL START TOO SEE IMPROVEMENT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND AS -YOU- INCREASE THINKING AND DOING -RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS- YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS FOR YOURSELF... WE WORKED FOR ONE OF THE TOP MENTAL HEALTH REHABILITATION FACILITIES IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY USA FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS AND WE BUILT UP AN -ATMOSPHERE OF KINDNESS- AT THAT FACILITY. OVER TIME THIS CONTINUOUS KINDNESS STARTED TO HELP NUMEROUS CLIENTS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND MENTAL DISORDERS (DEVELOPMENTAL, AUTISM, DEPRESSION ETC.) AND ADDICTIONS ETC.. WE ALSO HAD CLIENTS WITH CANCER AND DIABETES ETC. THAT SAW A MARKED IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR CONDITIONS. TRY CONTINUOUS SMALL RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS AND -YOU- WILL SEE AN IMPROVEMENT AND OR CURE IN A HOST OF MENTAL DISORDERS AND DISEASES ETC. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TOO LOOSE, ALMOST IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT OF YOUR OR YOUR LOVED ONES CONDITION... |

Blog Subject: | -Mental Illness Can Be Fun- #4 |
Some of the following are debatable -You- decide if they are funny, the intention is to provoke humor and laughter which really helps people with mental illness fight depression etc.. What is sad and yet funny in a perverted sort of way is that it looks like people with mental illness are not interested in finding a cure to their mental health problems maybe they like to wallow in self pity etc.. Past posts have numbers 1 to 23, these will give -You- an everyday program of continuous kindness that -You- should be interested in or maybe nobody cares? 24. Put coins in the -Parking Meters- right before the ticket writer gets to them and you will have a huge belly laugh. 25. Give a -Free- pack of cigarettes to a homeless person that smokes and you will see a smile on their face. 26. Give a cheap bottle of wine to a homeless person and keep them warm all over. 27. Give a lottery ticket to a stranger or a homeless person and if you want to see a really big smile and hope give them a weeks worth of lottery tickets. 28. Send lottery tickets to a group of military personal overseas and you might even start a light hearted correspondence. 29. When you go to the supermarket leave extra coupons on the shelves so that the next person can use them. 30. Put something you no longer need on crag's list for -Free- so that somebody else can use the item or items. 31. Buy a chocolate cake from your supermarket and bring it to a lonely senior citizen, you can get a list of people from your local church or senior citizen club. 32. Drop a few coins in a play area or playground where children play and they can easily find them and do this on different days at the same playground. 33. Write or type or E Mail letters of appreciation to groups in your area that are helping the community and send a copy to your local politician in your area. 34. Help an elderly neighbor carry out the garbage to the curb and have a light conversation and make sure they are O.K.. 35. Talk with a homeless person near a shelter and try to have a normal light hearted conversation and buy them a cup of coffee. 36. Ask a local police officer or a local minister if they know of anybody that could use some help and talk to them about what level of help you are comfortable doing for them. 37. Smile a lot to do small things that will help other people like hold the door for somebody or anything that will bring a smile to everybody's face. 38. Watch cartoons or light stress free TV programs or light educational programs like national geographic etc.. Do not watch news programs that are depressing, try setting up -TVIO- etc. and taping only stress free programs. 39. Smile as much as possible all day long and people will respond positively to you. 40. Listen to light music during the day and all night long to dull the voices in your head. You get the idea which is to use as many positive ideas all day long and these continuous acts of kindness will replace the negative ideas of mental illness...Maybe what I said in the beginning is true that -You- actually like your life with mental illness??? |

Blog Subject: | -God and Religion and Kindness Therapy = Real Recovery- |
-God and Religion- play a tremendous positive role in the lives of -Anybody- with mental health issues. -You- the caregivers must show the person with mental issues that you are comfortable with God and or Religion and or Etc. and therefore they will be able to use all their mental powers and spiritual powers etc. to try and defeat this pain and suffering 24/7/365... The potential of -Continuous Kindness Therapy- helping human beings with all sorts of problems, just think of the possibilities of people with mental illness and or their caregivers doing a program of -Kindness-. Where the mind is producing a wide range of feel good chemicals that can help your body fight any negative thoughts or diseases. Try being kind and see what happens to you and or your caregiver, what do you have too loose? 11. One of the biggest problems in the mental health industry is -Depression-among clients and the methods used to try and get them out of depression. Instead of listing all the inhuman experiments like -Electroschock Therapy ECT- and -Insulin Shock Therapy- and -Deep Sleep Therapy-DST- and -Deep Brain Stimulation DBS- and -Psychosurgery- and -Lobotomy- and Antipsychotic Drugs- etc.. Lets try more humane ideas first by finding a mental health professional that does believe in such inhuman torture... 12. -Self Deprecating Humor- has been found to temporarily get most clients to come out of their depression and enjoy the humor and laughter connected with somebody else (Other than the client) making fun of themselves. The clients are desperate for humor and laughter which releases a feel good chemical in their brain that might be the key to long term recovery of clients... 13. If a client has a mental breakdown etc. or hospitalization, the timing can be to their advantage. The client is terrified of another breakdown or hospitalization and might be willing to start a program that is -Stress Free- such as a -Program of Continuous Kindness- that shows them that you the caregiver cares about them. Most mental health programs are stressful and will likely fail because over ninety percent of mental health clients can't handle stress of any kind no matter what they tell you, they just want to be considered normal no matter what... 14. There are hundreds of ideas that are stress free and can be found in your local newspapers, church bulletin board, community center etc. and the internet will give you more ideas than you can use. 15. One or two day's a week -Volunteer- at a senior citizen retirement home and or hospital etc. and read a book or a magazine to a bed ridden person. Take the wheelchair patients outside for a stroll in the garden etc. keep the conversations light and care free and everybody will be happy. Remember you want to use up -All- of your free time as much as possible doing stress free works... 16. -Volunteer- at a homeless shelter etc. plus you are going to find that people who need help can use small items that make their lives livable. If you hand out free small items to the homeless etc. you will see joy in their faces at being given something, which means somebody cares... 17. You can stay busy by being a volunteer food shopper for the elderly people who can't get out of their houses or apartments, hook up with a church or volunteer organization... 18. Find stroke victums that need physical therapy after their hospital stay and can't afford specialized care. You will be surprised at how much you can help with a little research on the internet and your presents just helping and encouraging the stroke victim... 19. Pick up prescriptions at the local pharmacy for the elderly and this way you can make sure they are O.K. also get a list of elderly and call them up each day and make sure they are O.K... 20. Work with your church or organization and put the word out that you will help anybody clean out their basement or garage. The idea is to help people in need and you will kept busy which means that everybody gains,... [ Continued ] |

Blog Subject: | -Merry Christmas- Suicide Prevention by Caregivers, #2 |
The following is my interpretations and opinions of observations made over years of working and interacting and having empathy for human beings in pain and suffering 24/7/365... If for any reason you are not comfortable with or feel safe with any of the following, then please don't use these ideas or opinions until you or your caregiver can find a good mental health professional you can -Trust- their opinion and or expertise... All or most of our mental health clients and or Military Veterans coming home from (Iraq and Afghanistan) are in danger of -Suicide- being the answer to all the stress of being in a war zone and dealing with all the horrors of combat and or years of mental illness that never seems to go away... If loving -Caregivers- were to treat mental health clients and or Military Veterans etc. with a program of -Continuous Kindness- you woud see a vast improvement in mental health recovery and a drastic reduction in -Suicides- (Active & Passive)... (Continuing with 1 to 5 are in a past posts, this would make a wonderful Christmas Present to loving -Caregivers- because it would help them with a everyday plan)... 6. Keep a private record and list all your options and successes that you are going to suggest that will keep them busy for most of the day. It is very important that you keep their -Mind & Body- occupied as much as possible so that they don't use their -Free Time- to think about their problems and how suicide will solve everything... 7. The following ideas can be expanded by using the -Internet- for an unlimited amount of ideas and suggestions. Only do the things that you are comfortable with, have a list of ideas that they can select from and make sure that each idea is -Stress Free- as possible. At the end of the day have a heart to heart talk about their day, everyday and show your love one that you care about them. 8. Most clients will help you because they are generally well aware that they have problems and they desperately want to be considered normal again. So if you have gained their -Trust- you can make suggestions that are -Stress Free- as possible and they will cooperate in most cases. 9. If you have a family explain to them what you are trying to do and ask them for ideas to help you. Show this -Continuous Kindness Report- to members of your family so that everybody is on the same page in helping your loved one. 10. -Rotate- among family members things to do that are stress free and pleasurable as possible. Explain to each member that the main caregiver needs a rest once a week or more, most clients know they have problems and sometimes will act out if or when they are ignored or dismissed or have too much -Free Time-... PS, I will post more ideas in the future... |

Blog Subject: | -Merry Christmas- #1 |
-Merry Christmas- in some of my past blogs I have described how I have tried to explain how my observations and research and empathy and compassion etc. have lead me to a new concept of how to help human beings in pain and suffering 24/7/365. This new concept of -Help- I saw with my own eyes and the results and the potential, yet nobody including yourselves who are suffering are not interested for whatever reason to this new concept. In the beginning of my observations and research I came into contact with -Caregivers- who were parents and relatives and friends etc. who were taking an eight week course at night on how to help their sons and daughters etc. with mental illness. These people had -Desperation- on their faces and were looking for any answers that would help them and their loved ones. The mental health professionals who were running these meetings gave these people the same old generalized mental health recovery plans that covered their asses legally. Most people dropped out of these meetings because their was nothing new, I stayed to the end too see if something could be used to help people in pain 24/7/365. -Merry Christmas- YOU are going to give your -Caregivers- such as your parents, your brothers, your sisters, your relatives, your wives, your husbands, your sons and daughters and your friends and your mental health professionals etc. this -Blog- site and ask them what they think. -ANYBODY- Military Veterans (PTSD & Suicide Etc.) addictions and people with disablities and brain injuries and metal disorders like autism etc. and the Homeless and Mentally ill or the general public etc.. These people can be helped and especially those who are seriously depressed for more than three days in a row can be helped with this concept. -You- can even help them without them knowing about it or by just following some or all of the following ideas, by using -Continuous Kindness Therapy-... What is -Continuous Kindness Therapy- It is not the -Qualty of the Acts of Kindness-(Random Kindness) but the -Quantity- of many, many -Small Acts of Kindness- all day long; day after day that keeps the person busy with pleasurable thoughts and pleasurable actions. You the caregiver must help your loved one use up their extra free time that the troubled individual uses to think about their demons and troubles and thoughts of -Suicide- constantly in their head... 1. It is very important that -You- make eye contact with the person you are trying to help as much as possible, people with mental health issues are super sensitive to face and body language. -Real Trust-starts with eye contact and shows the client (Human Being( that you -Care- about them and are not trying to use them, -Trust- is the key to real mental health recovery... 2. When you wake up in the morning -Always- greet them with a smile and a good morning so that the first thing they see and hear is a pleasurable greeting and smile. Use this time to start your daily -Early Warning System- by seeing their reaction to your greeting and light conversation? Conflicts in medication, body actions, and voices in their head are stronger or louder then usual etc. many time just talking with and interaction with a -Trusted- person about their problems has a calming effects? 3. If you're -Early Warning System- rings your alarm bells then follow your -Instincts- and get your loved one to a -Good Mental Health Professional or a Good mental Health Facility or Hospital etc.- a troubled individual almost always gives off bad vibes long before they hurt themselves or somebody else. Clients almost always know that they have problems and will appreciate somebody they -Trust- getting them help. 4. The vast majority of clients (Patients etc.) -Lie or Misinform- mental health professionals, parents, caregivers, and loved ones etc.. Example, if they tell a mental health professional or anybody else their deepest darkest thoughts or thoughts of suicide etc., it will go on their medical record and... [ Continued ] |
