life is getting heavy i dont know what to do anymore can someone either comment or private message me please could do with a chat to anyone because all my friends have gone different ways

ok so I am a normal 16 year old teenager? wrong I don't know whats going on in my life anymore I don't know if im coming or going I have seen a women about that nobody else can see but from what I know her name is Sarah and she follows me and I can hear what she says I am starting to hear voices to telling me to look for this sarah I have things I call night terrors which basically are worser than nightmares and she keeps appearing in my dreams and shows me things of what my lifes going to be like in the future however she just flips out and kills me in my dream I have woken up crying no end of times I don't no what to do please help
