I am questioning my sexuality atm with good reason. It is a bit weird to be thinking about this in my 30s but I think I do need to think about it.

Perhaps because I drink in my local gay pub, I know of people who are questioning their sexuality in their forties.
I also know people who act upon their GID in their 40's and 50's.

They say the truth will set you free, which I am not sure about. But admitting my truths has made me a lot happier. And because I am happier the world can go F itself!

I find the phrase "with good reason " most alluring. Would you care to explain ? Perhaps publically is not a good idea, So by PM ?

As I've always said people are as they are. You are as you are. You say you're questioning your sexuality - hun, from what I can see, maybe you're now ACCEPTING your sexuality, and feel comfortable enough within yourself to do so. Huge hugs

You are your own person Cracked. No one but you can decide who you truly are. Whatever happens, you mustn't feel worried. Hopefully you can accept yourself answering the really big questions in life.

Since when is admitting to questioning your sexuality on a MH site weird ? ( It would not surprise me if I could a sexuality forum here somewhere )

By the way who defined your sexuality in the first place ? (Parents or peers?)

whybother - thank you. I really appreciate your support. I think it is society and also likely the religious environment I grew up in that have had an impact on sexuality but I dont have bad feelings about who I am wrt to faith or anything. In fact my vicar is being amazing. It is more just that it is a lot to think about.

I;ve been thinking. This is going to get messy if you continue to Blog, and insist upon not use a journal. I am talking not listening. So I have a series of questions. 1/ Exactly whom is it that has you questioning your sexuality. 2/ Is the attraction physical, emotional, or mental, 3/ How long have you known this person and where did you meet them ? 4/ How long has the drought been ? 5/ Exactly how bad was the break up with your immediate ex ? 6/ How long after the break up did you crack ?
There are questions more but that will, probably do for the moment.
