Hey Melimelvelez,
I'm sorry to hear that your not feeling well. Unfortunatly it can take months if not years to find the right combination of medication that works for you. Sometimes it's like "Goldie Locks and the Three Bears" where you just have to make corrections over and over again untill you finally find something that's "just right". Hopefully you can find someone to support you through this.
Take care.
PS - You can't sleep while taking Risperdal? That's bizarre. I found that that was all I could do. It's very sedating. Also, it made me drool. I would wake up with a soaking wet pillow haha. Not such a fun drug to be on.

it can take a long time to get the right drugs. Sometimes you need to change the dose after you do find the right combo because you can become used to them over time. But hang in there. I hear exercise is very helpful, along with a meditation period, or some part of the day set aside to clear your mind.
"Now let me at the truth which will refresh my broken mind."
