Or is it just me?
I've recently started on fluoxetine which is skyrocketing me again. Which is brilliant because I was on my way down into a depression (hence why I started it)

Me too, definitely. It's happening to me right now.
I lost weight when I was on antidepressants last year. It's like I don't need sleep OR eating, while I sleep a lot and usually eat lots of sugary things when I'm depressed and anxious.

I'm the same. When I'm hypomanic or manic, I feel like I just survive on fluids to keep me going.

In the past few days I've eaten one meal, a biscuit, some popcorn and half a bar of chocolate

I don't even feel hungry.

Even though you don't feel hungry - you should really try to force yourself to eat at least two meals a day. Just remember its the mania that's making you not hungry - you still need to survive & be healthy.

One of the things that was suggested to me at my Mood On Track course was that when you are high it helps to eat starchy hi complex carb meals. Maybe you could try this as it would keep your nutrition up and maybe help with the high.
