Yeah, I think I'm finding a new way of dealing with trauma. DBT tells us to get active, but I really think getting rested is the best way through this type of pain for me. It seems to get me back to my sense of self quicker. I get rejuvenated and centred instead of more frazzled. I'm really starting to think I'm Aspergers. I'll ask my pdoc about it next week. Thanks for asking babe. I hope you had a restful night sleep xx

LW,

I am glad you are a little better and have identified ways that help you. I too find it better to rest.

I think I am finally coming down but need to watch it as caught myself thinking some negative things about myself yesterday and today.

Thinking of you all and sending hugs as needed.

Mood today is an improvement from the last few days. I don't rely on this but am hoping I can get a few more days out of it, or at least one good solid day of no crying.
Trying to keep myself linear, I suppose. Its raining here, I hope it lasts.

The last few days I was doing great (relatively speaking). But for some reason today (and it started last night) I think I'm going into a mixed state. I don't like this and I am confused, since I was stabilising and for about a week now I was "normal". Now suddenly I'm all mixed up. I thought I was gonna be better since the meds and therapy seem to work :?

The therapist and I have been doing EMDR therapy, could this be from residual emotions from our last session? Because in the last session a lot of guilt and sadness came out, and that's sort of how I feel now, but with hypo symptomes too.
