I get manias like yours naturally, but they are most often caused by drinking. The day after I lose control, it's like my body overcompensates from the alcohol. Any chance you've noticed this too?

I may be a bit less reckless than you, so I try to take any euphoric manias in stride. They are definitely the silver lining in this condition! If I start to hallucinate, that's when get proactive about coming down. I've twice had manias that became psychotic episodes, they were hell (literally: I was trapped in an infinite illusion designed by Satan to cause me maximum agony-- forever, seeing as I had transcended the fourth dimension. Other people refer to this place as "the emergency room").

Just found out my bank account is overdrawn. Maybe I'm more reckless than I thought...
