constantly lying to myself, do you do it?

Postby mickeymoo » Mon Apr 19, 2010 10:15 pm

I always find im lying to myself and it drives me mad. I am thinking something and I know its not true all at the same time? Not feeling paranoid when I do though.

Does anyone else do this or am I alone in doing it? Why do I do it and how can I stop?

Hi, mikeymoo! Do you think that maybe you're trying to create a fantasy world where things are as you tell yourself they are? People tend to do that when they're insecure or when their life isn't as they wish it was.
Doing stuff that boosts your self confidence might help.
If you're thinking bad stuff that isn't true, it could be happening because of anxiety.
