Psychosis and Bipolar

Hello everyone

I'm diagnosed with Bipolar type I and I sometimes have psychotic episodes.

Sometimes when I am having an episode, I see people freeze. They just freeze in front of me. The face freezes , sometimes in the middle of conversations. It's very scary and a big part of me know that this is not real..but I see it with my own natural eyes so it looks really real to me when it happens.

Has any one else had similar experience ?

Yes I had a weird feeling that everyone was on cocaine among other delusions. Religion is a big one. An antipsychotic zaps them and a mood stabilizer helps because psychosis usually only occurs with mania in my case.

I am on a anti psychotic drug right now. It comes also with depression in my case. I was manic couple of weeks ago and they had me medicated for the mania and now I'm coming down and Im a little depressed and than I started seeing the faces again.

Did they also look more hyper than they could possibly be. Like you know they have to be talking to you but it looks like they are ranting and raving,like everyone you meet is like that?

Not every body is like that. Just sometimes and they are not hyper. Just normal than the face freezes for a couple of seconds, than everything goes back to normal. Just strange.

Damn that must be scary.

I experienced something similar in my last psychosis. People's eyes warp into evil eyes and their ears become elongated like vampires.
