I can't really give any more advice, as everyone else has already done so. But I am sorry you are going through this. I can relate. I have been dissociating lately and I'm full of anxiety. Staying up until 9 am and such. I have turned to my klonopin to take not just for my anxiety and stress, but also to put me to sleep. I admit I'm taking more than I should be... but I just want you to know that you are not alone in this.
Hugs to you, QG.

Well, I've been stable and extremely happy (not hypo) about my mood for at least 2 weeks, with the increase of vraylar from 4.5 mg to 6mg. Crossing my fingers it stays that way and for a long time too. I am also now taking Strattera for ADD. It's working from what I can tell. I seem to be able to concentrate better but it also feels like I could use a dose increase. I'm at 80mg. Anybody take Strattera and at what dosage are you at?
So anyhow, this is pretty much an update that my mixed episode ended and my depression that followed is now stabilized. I was absolutely miserable during that time.

Hi, quietgirl,
I’m so glad you are feeling better. Mixed episodes are the worst. Sending gentle hugs.
I haven’t taken Straterra, that’s great the med changes are working out.
Happy Easter to you and your family!

Thank you Ennui
Thank you too, Eterea. I was really miserable for a few months. These things don't just take a few days or even weeks, it's months for me...Thank you for the hugs, I could use them. I know it's late, but I hope your Easter was a good one for you and your little family.
