Creativity and medication

Great, my biggest fears proving to be grounded.

Yup!
I have always been creative but then things got a little silly so went onto meds - Quetiapine, Mertazapine - to stabilize things. I and those around me have noticed as dosage has increased I have lost my spontaneity in conversation etc, etc. I am maxed out with mertazapine and on 350mg on Quetiapine but going up. Since the alternative, ie: nothing, is too awful to contemplate, I am prepared to accept the state - but do miss my old self!
