For about three+ months I was on haldol doctor prescribed it for my severe manic episode. During that time I had some of the most memorable dreams I've ever had. They were extremely vivid(?) and I wrote some of them down perhaps they are so distinct because I jotted them? Haven't done so since (Journal) maybe I should do so again but I'm thinking the haldol was the reason they were so intense.
Anyone else have the best dreams ever on haldol? If nothing else that's the only good thing I can recall from that medication.

Could be the medication or your mood episode. I too enjoy dreams. If you want, you can set your alarm at different times in the night and keep a journal next to your bed. I would read about lucid dreaming to be more capable in your dreams.

Be kind to everyone you come across because you never know who’s suffering inside.
