Sorry that things have gone downhill. Do you think it might be worth calling your doctor and telling them about how you've been feeling? (up then down and hearing voices?) I know when I'm not doing well (even while taking medication) I usually don't like to call my doctor, but I know that if I wait too long things will just keep getting worse and worse. It's better to catch it while you can.

I don't feel so bad now, but it rapidly cycles. Now I feel good again.

But My meds normally help.
