Everyday I've been struggling with binging.. This morning I ate 2 bowls of cereal, several cookies, pieces of chocolate, bread, ice cream, half a plantain, some watermelon and cranberries.. >_< OK, I'll try my best to not binge in the future.. I just felt I had to vent this.

Hi, Neari. Were you very strict about your diet days before your binge?
I find not eating sweets for a whole day/week will make me binge more frequently. The trick is to eat something sweet every day. I have a piece of toast with Nutella around 2PM. That's when my body usually craves something sweet the most. Maybe you'll find that helpful.
Don't be so hard on yourself. Every day is a battle.

Thank you for the encouragement.. ^_^ I've been eating a lot the past while now though.. I find myself always trying to make plans to eat less..but that never really works out

Personally, I think I eat a lot of sweets compared to most people :/
