Gimme the bad news, doctor.

I think my best friend is avoidant. Well, he just really started showing these symptoms over this year. It sucks. He won't tell jokes anymore because he thinks he'll sound stupid, or he won't repeat what he says because he thinks about them again and decides their stupid comments, even if their not. He tries so hard to gain praise from everyone. He always tries to work his way out of sitsuations by coming up with the worst reasons why not to.

This isn't who I shared my best memories with. I just want to know if this'll stop, or if it's gonna stick.

Well, he doesn't think anythings wrong. And I'm not trying to say somethings wrong, but this isn't as bad as it was.

I didn't mean to say it started this year. I meant that it's been getting worse over the year. He was like this before, but for some reason the symptoms are increasing.

How old is he? Has he had any big change in his life? The death of someone maybe?

he's 15 now. if he had any, i wouldn't know. he'd probably keep that hidden.

This could just be a phase. At 15 things can change pretty quickly. I remember seeing people totally change around in a year. 15 is when my skin started breaking out I believe. That was nasty.
