This is a book and audio series of techniques for overcoming social anxiety that I downloaded in a torrent. I've skimmed through it and listened to the introduction and first section, and plan to work through it as directed. My psychologist hasn't seen it yet, but she suggested that I go ahead and work through it. It can't hurt, right?
Has anyone here used it? What did you think of it and how helpful has it been?
