I've learned not to really blame others but to come to an understanding as to why they came to be that way. Oddly enough, I am not as lenient on myself. But, I blame myself to improve myself. Why did I become that way and what can I do differently?

i blame myself that i let them hurt me though.in this way.if it was their fault

Yeah, that is a conundrum. I wonder if that's because we need to analyze it first. Once we do, it's too late and then, it's too late.
