Oh I know. But then the burden and expense is on the employee to get that training themselves. I guess if the companies can get away with no training they will. I've seen schools that cost something like 20k but promise a job when you get out. This is a programming thing. It basically is training for programming jobs that should be on the companies but isn't. Pisses me off bigtime when I see that.

It seems to be one of the factors behind growing income inequality. Maybe it will change if more people refuse to pay their student loans. REVOLT!!
