recomended reading on ACT and DBT?

Postby Hepzibah Pynchon » Sat Sep 12, 2015 2:51 pm

Hi there, been 3 years or so since I've visited the forums, been clicking along fairly well for the most part until this spring, when I had a couple issues crop up that really brought me down. Trying to work some things out.

I have a workbook for DBT by McKay, Wood and Brantley. There's something about it that I'm having trouble with. Don't know if it's difficulty with the wording or the techniques or what. Wondering if anybody can recommend any other reading or online videos resources on DBT and ACT that might make more sense to me?

BTW, just by lurking here the last couple weeks has been helpful in some measure. That post about "you know you're AvPD when..." oh my gosh! Now I get an internal chuckle whenever I notice myself thinking or doing AvPD stuff.
