I guess that you just have to try to be comfortable with who you are. You don't need to live your life like everybody else does - Just find your own way of living and try to enjoy it as best as you can.

'Doom' is non-existent - Only blissful-perpetuality exists. To get there you must make some correct steps in your life. It will obviously take some people much longer than others to get there though. Just don't side-line yourself right now. I will kindly donate some willful spirit to you if you are willing to try once more. It will be packaged by my heart, wrapped in red-roses, and sent first-class to:

Goddess

Take care,

Just in case blissful-perpetuality seems a bit daunting . . .

Make yourself do something different today. Get in the car and drive somewhere you've never been. Pick up a book on something you've never heard about. Eat your cereal first and then have your orange juice.

I find that depression is very much tied to habit. The same old thing depresses me, and when I'm depressed, I don't want anything but the same old thing. If you get your mind working on something new you have less time to focus on yOuRsElF.

Hey,

It certainly is true that introducing new things into your life will have a good effect on you. This is what psychologists frequently tell people. It's hard to get the will to change but you must do so - FORCE yourself to do these new things. You will find out that you will probably enjoy them.
