Thanks again guys. And, it is amazing how people in authority pick up on this. I feel like I have a neon sign on my forehead, and it has gotten worse this week.

On my exam this week, my professor marked 5 answers wrong on my paper that were, in fact, correct. Two of my professors do not use scantrons and are notorius for partial/impartial grading (Isn't there some kind of law agaisnt that?) He has done this before, but only 2 were wrong and I let it slide because he gave me grief when I confronted him. Well this time it put me having an F, and I didn't really stand up to him, but I kept questioning his reasoning. Finally, he smiled and agreed that if I proved it to him in the book he would give me credit. Everything is marked in my book. So, I'm ready for him Monday (just need to work up the nerve). I don't know why this guy hounds me so much. Does anyone think maybe he's trying to toughen me up or is he just being an ass? I've decided if he fails me; I will go to the dean.
"I think. . . therefore I am" I think?

I think he's just being an ass. Even if he is trying to toughen you up, it is not his place. Be sure you work up that nerve for him Monday. You should definitely go to the dean if he fails you. I'm not sure if there is a law against partial grading, but I doubt any college would allow that. I'm lucky I never had professors like that.
