A wandering mind is an unhappy one, declares Scientific American.
What do you think? Does this bode ill or well for ADD? In moments of distraction, is what you think usually in harmony with what you do? My mind wanders when I'm on autopilot (washing dishes or bathing, for example), but if distraction causes me to flit from one task to the next, doesn't that mean I am thinking about what I'm doing at the moment? If I'm thinking about eating while I'm eating, and I get inspired to look for a new recipe, so I'm thinking about that while I'm doing it, doesn't that suggest a contented mind according to the conclusion of this study?

To me an interesting mind isn't going to be entirely happy. I think it's good to be a bit unfocused. The brain is made to multi task anyway. I just think some of us get too much overload when multi thinking and then we go totally away and get so distracted by all the thoughts.
XD I'm just trying to give some input. I'm so bored so I'm attacking the ADHD forum >: D ahahahah
