Hi, I've been dealing with a major distraction lately, and I've been wondering if anybody else is dealing with something similar.
In the morning, I like to plan out the day, which is already a little tricky but I usually manage alright.
If something in the plan majorly changes however, I tend to get so distracted/stressed out that I'm useless, not just for an hour or so, but sometimes all day.
It feels like it switches my brain into a different thinking pattern. Confused and just looking for the next little dopamine hit (Snacks, Internet, Video Games, etc.).
It gets especially bad if there's multiple options of what to do and I'm discussing it with somebody else.
In fact, sometimes I feel so drained after planning/discussing the plan that I could go right back to bed.
Does anybody have similar experiences and maybe even some advice?
