You're welcome and you're right, Citizen X was a wonderful movie. There is another movie loosely based on Chikatilo<sp?> called Evilenko. It stars Malcolm McDowell and he is amazing in the part. If you haven't seen it, you should.

Trinity was my least favorite adversary of Dexter. I can't really put my finger on why, John Lithgow was brilliant. I think I'm just and tired of Dexter's sister and that season was pretty Deborah heavy.

I thought Vince Vaughn was perfect in Clay Pigeons. You see him in comedies so often, but he was downright scary in that flick. I thought so at the time, anyway.

I just finished watching The Poughkeepsie Tapes. I'm surprised I hadn't heard of the movie before today. It was really good.
I'm going to show you how good it feels to be bad

the dutch version of the vanishing is a great movie.

Yeah, I hadn't heard of it before a couple of months ago. My response to watching it was the same as yours.

You can find a lot of good movies by going to imdb and doing a keyword search on whatever floats your boat. Killers, murder, serial killers, etc.

I prefer a film that features an interesting concept. Blood and gore for the sake of it is pointless.

i'm not interested unless the blood and gore is real, then it depends on the circumstances.

the vanishing is precisely that sort of film. not one drop of blood is spilled.

I've seen a version of The Vanishing, but not the Dutch one you mentioned. I'll have to look it up.

it's far superior. they're both directed by the same filmmaker, but he butchered the script and excised the best part to make it more american-friendly.

Just found the original Dutch version and ordered it from Lovefilm on DVD.
