When I lose a lot of sleep, I hallucinate. Thankfully that is rare. I usually do not sleep enough, I'm up at odd hours. Strangely being sleep deprived kills my anxiety, so it is sort of a coping mechanism.

New thing: Sleeping after a prolonged period of "insomnia" makes me joyful and gives me a feeling of general "love".

Sleepyness (Yes I'm cpt obvious here, sorry), dizzyness at times, slowed down reactions, harder to concentrate, sometimes a headache too.
I'm self diagnosed with a very severe and incurable case of "being Sabratha".

It makes me tired, give me a chance and i fall asleep. lol i'd say slowed reaction times, concentration sometimes not as good if i'm trying not to fall asleep, lol and some irritability if anyone tries to wake me up before ive got enough sleep

sometimes i can be quite cheerful tho, if the reason i haven't got enough sleep is cause ive been busy doing things.

I had insomnia for four years. I have memory gaps from it. It seriously effects a persons abilities to reason. We have a sleep disorder forum Barlak. Maybe you should check it out.
