I was wondering do all psychopaths feel chronically empty?

You don't have to be a psychopath to feel chronically empty.

Yes, if you want to make feeling chronically empty a necessary pre-condition of being a psychopath.
Otherwise, the question is impossible to practically answer as written.

I am not empty, it is a void I try to fill with drugs, women and alcohol. But like a black hole the beast is never satisfied.

My allergies make me feel empty. I think i'm dieing 
Statistically speaking, an average person tells approx. 3 lies every 10 minitues of communication. Can you blame me for not trusting anyone?
