Idk, it must be a mixture of Barr's Irn Bru, full sugar Fanta Orange and the full moon.

Dumb thread title. You don't feed your personality traits, It radiates from everything you do.
I don't fake it. I just make it.

On the narc side, tilted some guy off the table after losing 3 buyins against me. I liked rattling him

He was going ham with made hands that weren’t the nuts. Monster pairs and middling trips. Couldn’t let go so he’d go all in against me with my board and effective nuts.

Got angry and wanted to take it back from me but I was playing tight and folding in front of him. He got visibly irritated that I wasn’t playing for pots. Making comments to everyone about “wanting to play poker.” Kept going like that for a good 20 mins. I finally raised AK suited from early position, everyone folds until him who snap raises all in. I call. He has AA and I make the royal flush. He went down £800 in about an hour losing his head against me. Started kicking off, got ushered away from the table to the floor games. Go play some blackjack

I think no display of any affect pissed him off more than my winning. Just looked through him and his tantrums

I've had nights were I feel an urge to wander around outside. I go outside and then I notice it's full moon. I think the extra brightness and clearness on those nights makes the brain unconsciously more.. curious?

The only thing that works for me, for my soul is to get out into nature away from the hustle and bustle. To see the truly simple nature of all things, how an ecosystem functions. Somethings live and somethings die but nothing is wasted. It gets recycled, reused, it’s not an emotional process it doesn’t matter how you feel about it, it just is and that’s the beauty of it

Being in nature has a similar effect on me. Maybe city living isn’t good for us.

I have spent many an hour of fantasy on this concept and when I actually get out into nature it literally takes me 5 seconds and then I am bored.

That's pretty much true with literally everything.

I believe it’s more than just that, everyone has a hard time stopping and smelling the roses. The brain is wired to be thinking and doing multiple things at once, a self imposed alarm goes off inside us when we are just sitting by idle. We have to retrain the way we see time. It’s like meditation, it takes lots of practice and dedication to learn how to do correctly
