Just started Ritalin. Experiences anyone? Good, bad, or meh for the average antisocial?
...she isn't real. I can't make her real... (In truth, the tru-tru, I'm a chronically-bored compulsive liar who enjoys role playing 8))

Stimulants can act as a mood stabilizer. Helps with focus, lowers impulsivity, and chills you out. For others it does the opposite and makes them more irritable.

I've had good experiences with stimulants, but I have attention deficit issues. It made me focus on mundane things, but also increased boldness.
I don't fake it, I just make it.

Been using Ritalin for years. It does help me to focus and all the rest of it and I believe it has enhanced my life.

Before I got on the Ritalin I used to use amphetamine on a daily basis but like yourself I did used to over do it quite a lot.

Sensible doses keep me functional and productive for longer periods of time before I start feeling like I need a big yawn. Higher doses get me tweaking and out for trouble. I have to watch what ones I'm using and how.

MDMA puts me in my best moods socially but productivity is nil. Too much makes me sexually provocative and probably at all levels I am more sensually engaged to the extent that hedonism takes over. I like MDMA over the others but it just exaggerates my worst traits. Addys are decent for the best balance but they're like yummy candy and I take too much. End up popping all day and raising it past the numbness once I've gotten used to the dose. Coke is fun but I get some grandiose rushes where I'm unbreakable on coke which leads to stupid stuff. Worse than addys because it wears off more quickly and I'm in and out of the bathroom at work picking up a key just to stay on that level.

Downers just make me depressed in general and leave me sat around watching porn with no zest. Sleep and introspection is as far as it goes in a positive direction. It's how I've been using weed recently. Started off chilling with the boys but I'm using it as a crutch now to avoid engagement after I made a mess and rehab. It's kinda what happened around the time I first came to the forum where I knee-jerked away from the trouble I'd gotten myself into.

I used to like to take MDMA with amphetamine because I just found it to be a really good balance for me but the MDMA on it's own just makes me mong out.

I'm never been keen on cocaine because I just get really bored on it.

I don't like to get high on drugs though. I just like to get functional but I have always found stimulants to be what I need.

My mouth used to literally water for amphetamine when I was younger. It was like the food I craved to keep me alive.
