i did a little test on myself last week. I have been doing all this research on the negative calorie diet which basically means there are some fruits and vegetables that take more energy to break down and digest than they give you.
so what i did was i starved myself for two days and lost one pound. then i ate all the negative calorie foods listed for two days ( it is an unlimited amount that you can eat) and i lost four pounds.. so that means that by eating these so called negative calorie foods i lost more weight than i would have by starving myself..
so there you have it there is something that works better than starviong.
i know this is not meant to promote ana or anything i just thought that people may be interested to know that you can eat and loose more weight without being ana .. so its a good thing because in the end your eating and your eating damn well too.

I've heard that there are a lot of foods out thaere that are considered to be "negative calorie". Can you direct me to a list of them, or tell me ones you know are "negative calorie" foods. I don't intend to live off these foods alone, but I'd like to know so that I can have them as snacks without the guilt. Thanks...

ok well the thing is that this is a really healthy diet and it is really good for people that love fruit and vegetables which thankfully i do really enjoy them.
vegetables...
asparagrass
beetroot
brocolli
cabbage
carrot
caulliflour
celery
chicory
hot chili
cucumber
garden cress
lettuce
green beans
radish
onion
spinach
turnip
zucchini
fruits...

cranberry
grapefruit
honeydew
lemon
lime
mango
orange
papaya
orange
peach
pineapple
rasberry
strawberry
tomato
tangerine
turnip
watermelon
so there they are.
i found that it is really good when you eat normal meals during the dy and can snack on these foods as much as you want without being paraniod. it makes you so much more satisfied and you arent starving yourself you are doing a lot of good stuff to your body.
