I'm a teen, 85lbs and 5'1". Lately, I've been counting every calorie. On average, I want to eat less than 700. Today, I've eaten 555. By the end of the day, I'll probably be up to 650 tops. I feel fat. Tonight, eating a veggie dog and half a corn was a big deal. But I don't want to eat more. Then suddenly, I'll splurge on something and my daily calories will go up to 1000. I feel so guilty and big when that happens. How can I diet healthily without getting an eating disorder?

It sounds to me like you are already struggling with an eating disorder of some description due to your restriction of calories although I am not a professional. is there anyone you trust who you can tell that you are struggling with this as the earlier it is caught and managed the better. Please consider telling someone and keep posting here too.
