Denial is one of the symptoms of an eating disorder, I do believe. You need to get help. If you really want to lose weight, you should find a healthy diet to stick too. Starving yourself isn't the answer. I hope you can find it in yourself to get help and accept that you have a problem.

Instead of trying to lose weight by starving yourself, why not lose weight by eating negative calorie foods?

Negative calorie foods are foods where the number of calories in the food is less than the number of calories it will take to digest it.

People who go on negative calorie diets lose weight up to 3 times faster than people who don't eat.

Also, you shouldn't starve yourself because malnutrition will lower your intelligence level (all the organs in the body need proper nutrition to function properly, brain included). This is why anorexics often have expressionless faces. Stay malnourished for too long and the neurological damage will become irreversable.

Here are some negative calorie foods:

apples ~ apricots ~ artichokes ~ asparagus ~ beet greens ~ beets ~ blackberries ~ blueberries ~ broccoli ~ Brussels sprouts ~ buffalo fish ~ cabbage ~ cantaloupe ~ carrots ~ cauliflower ~ celeriak ~ celery ~ cherries ~ chervil ~ chicory ~ Chinese cabbage ~ chives ~ clams ~ corn ~ crabs ~ cranberries ~ cucumbers ~ currants ~ Damson plum ~ dandelion greens ~ eggplant ~ endive ~flounder ~ frogs legs ~ garlic ~ grapefruit ~ grapes ~ green beans ~ honeydew ~ huckleberries ~ kale ~ kohlrabi ~ kumquats ~ leeks ~ lemons ~ lettuce ~ limes ~ lobster ~ loganberries ~ mangoes ~ mushrooms ~ muskmelons ~ mussels ~ mustard greens ~ nectarines ~ okra ~ onions ~ oranges ~ oysters ~ papaya ~ parsley leaves ~ parsnips ~ peaches ~ pears ~ peas ~ peppers ~ pineapple ~ pomegranates ~ prunes ~ pumpkin ~ quince ~ radishes ~ raspberries ~ red cabbage ~ rhubarb ~ rutabagas ~ salsify ~ sauerkraut ~ scallions ~ sea bass ~ sorrel ~ spinach ~ squash ~ strawberries ~ string beans ~ tangerines ~ terrapin ~ tomato ~ turnips ~ watercress ~ watermelon

I think I may try that diet. :) I want to lose a few pounds and I would prefer to do it in a healthy way.
